Gorgeous, funky and very unusual- looks Elizabethan. Ruffles. Has belt loops but no belt- I never remember a belt for this piece. But there is so much going on that the loops. made from a kind of Gauze, just blend in with the design. Bought at Century 21, when it was great. Never worn as the sleeves were always a little tight for me. Some fraying on the ruffles because they are not hemmed, but, again, works with the over all look.
