Christmas Small Dog Harness Dress. Body is made from a burgundy metallic fabric with gold trim. Skirt is made from a red and green cotton ruffle trim, with ruffled mistletoe cotton fabric. Has gold metal ring to clip leash onto. Neck and under belly velcro for some adjustment in size. Brand new, handmade. Measurements are approximate 18" all the way across waist band (velcro will overlap to connect, if your dog's torso measures 18", it will not fit.) 14.5" ALL the way around neck (again, please don't use the 14.5" as a measurement, your dog's neck should measure a little smaller.) 11" from back of neck to bottom of skirt.
