New With Tags from smoke free home, never worn Christopher & Banks skirt with elastic waistband in size S. Skirt length from waistband is approximate 29". This skirt has plenty of room in an A-line/full style. Pattern is a paisley pattern with a dark charcoal background with teals, blues, pinks. Fabric is very soft and has an almost distressed look to it.
