Elastic style stretch waist with front tie detail, and with side pockets. Loose fitting body and very comfortable. Easy to dress up or down and in excellent used condition. Coming from my smoke and pet free home. The waist measures 15.5 inches across from seam to seam and the hip measures 10.5 inches across one leg, from outer seam to crotch. The inseam measures 20.5 inches.
