Christopher & Banks jacket, size S, short sleeve, layering piece

Christopher & Banks short sleeve jacket, size S, layering piece, has 3 off center buttons at the top and is open from there to bottom of jacket, all over black & white circle print, short sleeves have banded bottoms and are slightly puffy, front has a few small pleats that add to shape of garment, 97% cotton 3% spandex, machine wash & line dry, never worn, gift hung in closet, excellent condition, smoke free home...would look great with black tank and pencil skirt
