Christopher Kane black short sleeve long sweatshirt (dress?)

This is a nice Christopher Kane sweatshirt with short sleeves. It actually is pretty long for a sweatshirt so I am not sure if this is considered a dress or not. It would look great with leggings. There is no size tag but it seems to fit best around a size 6/8. Material is 58% Cotton and 42% Polyester. The Embroidery is 100% Silk. Made in Italy. There is a pretty pink embroidered flower on the left front chest. It is in nice condition and I do not see any issues. Measurements while top is laying flat -Across chest 21" -Across the bottom 22" -Length from top of shoulder to bottom of top 34"
