Christopher and Banks Sailor neck pink shirt

Christopher and Banks Sailor neck pink and white striped shirt. There are a few spots on the front (see photo) but they seem to get covered by the sailor looking collar on the shirt. I cannot find the size but it seems to be a Medium and the measurements laying flat are 20 1/2" wide and 25" tall.
