Christopher and Banks dress - modest - 2 layer

Very pretty Christopher and Banks dress. This dress has two detached layers. Later one is basically a full body slip dress and the top layer is somewhat sheer. Ruffle at color and tie at waist. The dress is in perfect condition with the exception of one of the strings that make a loop for the tie belt is broken (as pictured). It does not affect use and I actually bought it from the store this way. The dress is very flattering. I can’t quite tell if it is navy or black (I swear it changes colors lol). Size 20w
