This Christopher and Bank women's skirt is fully lined. It is red with cute white flowers. It has a flaired bottom at just below knee length. It has an elastic waist allows for comfort. It is listed XLarge. I took four small tucks in the waist line so it is closer to a large. You could take out the tucks for more room. Condition is good. It is smoke free and no stains.
