cor_knee @katakatherine ptp is 19”. I have never washed and dried it but it is reposhed so I can’t speak to previous owner. However it was sold to me as nwot. I have worn it around the house for a bit so I wouldn’t say it is nwot anymore but still in excellent condition. it’s just a little too small in the chest for me so the button doesn’t stay closed.
