@kellympdx hi dear—sorry for the delay there. Measures 19” at bust from pit to pit. and it’s a free waist. Technically measures 19” again just below bust at seam but waist is free. I’m 36dd and 27 waist and fits loose ( as u can see from pics it’s meant to fit loosely) hope that helps
