@nikohiraga to my knowledge it is, my boyfriend use to love to buy me Chrome heart bells for gifts. I don’t know where he purchased this one from but I have had this for a very longtime. Sorry I don’t have anymore information but my boyfriend passed away over three years ago so I wouldn’t have any idea of where they were purchased from.
