@nluken19 I actually go between a 2-4 depending on what's going on in my life (post child etc) so I can't say for sure. They are too big for me which is why they are being sold! They appear to be a true to size 6. I do have the issue you have though and sometimes need to have a tailor take the waist in on my bottoms.
