Chula Boutique Mini Dress w/ Cinched Waist Size XS

This is a unique Chula dress bought at a boutique in Barcelona, Spain. There is no size tag but the dress fits a US Xtra-Small. ✨ Only worn twice! In great condition! ✨ The top-half of the dress is striped with the smaller stripe made of a somewhat see-through fabric. The bottom-half of the dress has a silk underskirt with a mesh overlay. The dress has varying shades of light pink.
