Chunky Heel Open Toed Black Patent Sandals

These 2 inch patent black beauties say size 10 (EU 40) on the bottom but fit more like an 8.5. I float between 8.5 and 9, but these were a bit too snug for my liking. I only tried them on inside; these are brand new. Super cute and a great addition to any wardrobe!
