joan53 Out of curiosity, does one measure sleeve length from the top of the shoulder? I like my clothing very loose & wide, especially on tops. I have about a 34” waist, am 5’4”, and weigh anywhere from 135/140 lbs. I’d like the body of the sweater to be very roomy, & as long as possible, but wouldn’t want the sleeves too far beyond my wrists. I usually do order xl in many things, just for the preferred looseness.

joan53 It depends, but I normally wear @ least an xl, for I do like my clothing quite roomy. There doesn’t seem to be a great deal of difference in the two sizes. Is the xxl large wider in the body than the xl? Just like my tops loose & flowing, not fitted.

joan53 Sorry to make this confusing for you. Just don’t like sweaters, or any tops, too snug. Hey, I’m assuming that there can be no exchanges. As I’ve said, I’m not a large girl…:.34” waist (normally), 5’ 4”, yet I order a much larger size than most. Too form fitting in the body & bottom is just not me. I do have rather small shoulders, but again, would like it very loose & slouchy. I suppose that being too large can be undesired. Hey, if you want to choose, I’m fine w/that.
