Chunky black faux suede pumps - size 13 but fits small like an 11 or 12 - NWT

This shoe is sized as a 13, but I find that it fits more like an 11, or 12. I can’t return them, so passing them on for someone else to enjoy. They’ve never been worn, only tried on once.
