Church + State Black Silk Dress Frances May XS

Beautiful silk dress from Portland designer, Church + State. 100% luxurious black silk. Cinch waist. Looks great with a belt and leggings for fall. Please note that the silk near the hemline is slightly stretched as shown in the photos. I didn't notice until photographing because I always wore it with a slip. List size XS. Shoulders 16", bust 35", waist 24-28", length 37".
