Ciao by CC white blouse with feathers on the cuffs

Beautiful Ciao by CC blouse. It’s 95% silk, 5% rayon. Look at the fun collar and the beautiful feathers on the cuffs. There is one very slight marking on it that is hard to see. I’m guessing the size as small-medium, leaning closer to small according to the size chart I found. Made in Europe Thanks for stopping by!
