Cider / 1X / Blouse

I’ve never worn this, just washed it. I think it’s too big on me, but I am 5 ft tall and it seems like it would fit true to size on a taller person who wears a 1X. The dimensions seem off for my height. I think it would be so pretty with a pair of jeans!
