Cider Tweed U-neckline Tea Party Dress NWT 4X

This is a very high quality dress from Cider. It’s so cute, but just a bit too tight in the bust for me. For reference, I wear a 44DDD and typically wear a 3X or 22/24. Can be worn alone or with a cute top underneath. A really good staple piece!
