Cider Women’s Wide Leg Jeans Rainbow Hearts Pockets Large

Adorable Cider jeans with rainbow heart pockets on back. Women's large. slits on the side of the bottom for added flare. Measurements laying flat: 14" across waist 12" rise 29" inseam Please review the measurements. I wear size 10 and these are too tight around the waist. Would for a size 6-8 in my opinion.
