Cindy Collins 90s Retro Embroidered Vest - Sz S

Adorable black long length, 90s style embroidered vest. Cream floral embroidery on front with pearlized buttons. Back has a tie for shaping. I wore this in the 90s & still love it, but need to let it go. The front sides are a little mismatched in length, but hardly noticeable against a black skirt or pants. A few loose embroidered threads (pictured)but hard to tell. Material has no stretch, so please double check measurements provided! From non-smoking home.
