christizelaya 🤭😆 I also found out the hard way that it’s caustic to nail polishes! 😂 I really want to buy this because it’s a better smelling option for squirrel repellent. Would you be willing to hold it for a few days for me? I bought one repellent product that was a blend of mint, cinnamon and garlic oils and the garlic was SOOOOO overpowering.

christizelaya @asbattag thank you thank you thank you! It works well as a spray when diluted with rubbing alcohol and water. And it makes my yard smell SOOOO good. ☺️

christizelaya @asbattag I have a peach tree and the squirrels are such a menace! They take a bite or two and then leave the fruit. Birds do the same so I have CDs hanging in it to keep them away. The sun reflection confuses them and briefly messes with their perceptions and their navigational abilities. They learn not to land in the tree because of that.

christizelaya @asbattag I was also a bit mean and sprayed a bit of cayenne oil mix at the base of my tree. Squirrels cannot stand cayenne in the same way that some people can’t handle spicy foods. 😂

asbattag @christizelaya hahah omg that's good to know! I commend the natural approach 🙏🏻🌎I will have to try for my garden this year too. Thank you!

christizelaya @asbattag just mix it like I did with the cinnamon oil - a bit of rubbing alcohol and water. The alcohol helps it blend together instead of separating and clogging the spray nozzle. 😉 I thought about putting bird feeders in my backyard as another means of keeping them away from my peach tree in my front yard. If I do, I’ll mix a bit of cayenne oil in the seeds too. Birds cannot detect the capsaicin oils but it keeps squirrels away for sure! 🤭😆
