Cinq a Sept Leigh ruffle smocked dress in powder blue multicolor

Gorgeous dress!!! Item is a size 8, worn twice and dry cleaned. Some staining on lining (which is not visible to outside) and small pull on back as per photos. Item is incredibly comfortable and flattering. Slightly high low with bottom hem and amazing smocked detail. Amazing wedding guest dress!!
