Cute little Cinq a Sept tiered dress. The color is a blue/gray. The sleeves are adjustable and you can pull the tie to adjust the length. Can be worn with sandals, sneakers or boots. Buttons down the front. Worn only once or twice. There is a tiny and not really noticeable flaw on the front as shown in the last picture.
