Cinq a Sept strapless gown

Black strapless gown by cinq a sept purchased from rent the runway sample sale. The supporting inner bra strap has some hooks that are pulled, as pictured; however, the strap still functions. There is a bit of mesh tearing as well. I can send more pics upon request! Price reflects condition.
