Cinq-a-sept floral print dress

Super cute midi dress from Cinq a Sept. High neck with smocking up to the neck. Tiered bottom. Rich yellow with contrasting floral print. It is a bit too big for me, so i am letting it go. When I wear it, I can't help twirling. Does not have pockets.
