Circa 90s Yellow Runched Cap Sleeve Top

Cap sleeve top with unique runched shoulder details in a light lemon yellow which looks great on brunettes in case you didn’t know. :) Very soft, very comfortable very light fabric. Slightly sheer because of the burnout pattern, which sort of looks like Wood grain or zebra ish. This top is actually very cool both literally and figuratively. Also- I like the tiny casual hem that finishes the sleeves and bottom.
