Circle Y Fringe & Bling Tack Set

Here is a pretty leather breast collar and headstall (tack set) that is new with tags from Circle Y. This tack set is so darn cool with dark oiled leather with overlayed faux exotic leather, amber colored bling stones lining it, and inlayed glittery stars.
