Circle skirt mini dress

This knee length dress has a full skirt and unstructured waist- perfect for twirling! It’s marked as a size medium, but could probably fit a small just fine. There is a small paint stain that couldn’t be washed out in the second layer of fabric (not visible through top layer), reflected in a low asking price! * * Measurements 31 1/2 inch length 11 inch shoulder
