Circus brand maroon silky feel blouse, with a penguin print! This is a UK size 8, which is equivalent to a US XS. Worn once or twice. Great used condition, though one of the back neckline buttons is missing. (Shown in picture.) There are 2 replacement buttons attached to care tag.
