This dress is super cute for circus performance or a festival. It is an adult small from Lara Costume. I purchased it at a sample sale, so not sure if they ended up producing them. It is a curvy cut. Measured flat and unstretched the chest is approx. 16” across Waist is 13” Hips are 17” She chest and hips are pretty stretchy and need to be stretched for the full effect. This dress is very very short, kind of like a Tinkerbell dress in length. It does not have built in shorts or anything, just a dress. It has a spare bead bag still sewn in. Coming from a pet free, non-smoking home.
