On trend, Gaucho jeans. I had them hemmed to 25.5 inches length but tailor measured hem before he took in waist .5 inches so now jeans are too short on me (5’6). Ugh. Lesson learned bc these jeans are fantastic! So they fit like a 23.5 :-)

Hi can you please provide the measurements laying flat (waist / rise / inseam)? Also if they have been taken in at waist can you please provide photos of the full back of jeans

@jenn_usa hi. I took them back to the Taylor to have the waist taken out. (They said they could not undo the hem). I’m hoping they are the right length and will just fit more slouchy. If they still don’t work - I’ll send measurements.

@jenn_usa if you don’t like the pair you ordered - try Mother Denim Maven fit. I just got these and they fit my body better (not as slouchy) but still have the wide leg. I should have known better when the Taylor went to take these in after I marked my ankle with pen on where I wanted the hem. Good luck!

@jenn_usa I got the 24 in Mother and they are a perfect fit. I wish I would have e found these and not bothered with the gaucho. The mother fit better than the gaucho ever will

@yillie thanks for the measurements. What original size are these? I have a pair of gauchos (style #2017-3011) in a 25 that are too big and the measurements are almost the same as yours. The waist is no longer taken in but they are hemmed, correct?

@eblau hi. They are original size 23. Correct, I had the waist alteration taken out so they are original waist but still hemmed.
