Citizens of Humanity jeans upcycled set

This one of a kind set was a tunic and pair of plain jeans before I started. Now they have new life as a matching set. Citizens of Humanity Ingrid stretch low waist flare with owl print peeking flare size 27. The top (or used to be tunic) is a knit fabric, fits like a tank top with flounce or petal sleeves and brand is oB 2-12 size Medium and all measurements are provided in photos! This is the perfect set for the start of fall and with a coat into winter! Upcycled, slow fashion, one-of-a-kind design.
