lmichellea @moon_sister Hi! I just laid the dress out flat and measured across the armpit/bust, waist and hips. The flat measurements at max are Waist - 23”, Bust - 22.5”, and Hips - 28”. The material does not have a lot of stretch to it, but it is fairly flowy. I hope this helps!
