City Chic Black White Polka Dot Retro Ruffle Button Front Dress Size XL

This darling vintage inspired dress is a size XL from City Chic. It features a charming ruffle trim along the button front with a classic black and white polka dot print. Dress has lining on skirt with a bit of netting for volume. So cute and fun - it can be styled for a full vintage look or easily paired with a simple cardigan and flats for a great work look! Measured (hanging) as follows - Please note that these are approximate: Length, Shoulder to Hem: 40.5" Bust: 50" Waist: 46" Condition: Was purchased with a minor flaw at the seam near the shoulder- please see detail photos. It’s not super noticeable and doesn’t impact wearability at all- but definitely worth noting. Some minor fading if any- also, I believe it may have originally come with a belt because it has belt loops, however, I do not have a matching belt for this.
