This dress is stunning, has fantastic flare and shape to it and lots of stretch! It's brand new with tags and in perfect condition. There is a tiny paint chip the zipper (see last photo). It has beautiful floral detail and texture with decorative silver studs and an invisible back zipper. totus @meganmholden It does! It actually has quite a bit. The measurements I have for the bust is for it's measurement flat and then the stretched measurement. I didn't stretch it to it's maximum but a good amount.
