City Chic Mint Green Quilted Gray Rose Floral Dress - XL/22

City Chic "minty" green dress (it looks like aqua or a light teal to me, but that's what they call it) with gray, white and black roses. The dress is called "Dress Quilted Roses". It has a v-neck and thick straps. With two layers, this dress is very soft on the skin but holds its shape. It is not stretchy. The pleats have enough extra material to achieve an a-line empire waist look that is reminiscent of the retro 1950's pin-up style. I love this dress, but it's the wrong size! Please note it is City Chic's XL which means it is a 22. See the size chart in the images.
