City Chic Orange Dress size XL

Lightweight dress short dress, hits just above the knee. Halter neckline with keyhole opening in front and back. Waterfall ruffles on the front. The dress is secured by a tie around the neck and thin belt around the waist with chain accents at the end. City Chic marks this as a small but that's equal to an XL or 16 in most sizes. The chains are a little discolored and there is a little fraying on the fabric from the chains. See photos.
