THIS IS A PLUS SIZE DRESS. I have it pulled tight on the body form to show the shape. This dress is a quality piece that I wore once for St. Patrick’s Day. It is in excellent condition. It is a City Chic XS, which is a size 14. The dress came with a black belt, but I no longer have the belt and it would work with any small black belt. The dress is great for twirling!
