City Chic S/16 wide-neck, short-sleeved black with white polka dot dress

gorgeous, fun, vintage-inspired black and white polka dot dress from City Chic size S/16 fold styling at the slightly v-ed neckline and wide neck overall skirt falls in a really flattering way just noticed some marring on the bittom of the skirt on the back of the dress, think this is an error from City Chic (not stained since owning and bought new)
