City Chic skirt with cute front zippers, Size L, fits like 1X

Super cute black skirt that literally goes with everything. A City Chic size Large is more like a generous 1X. Why are women's sizes so insane? The waist measurement is 40", the hip measurement is 56", and the length is 21" Thanks for visiting my closet! Please check my other listings. Most of them come from my own closet as I'm letting go of the clothes that don't fit anymore, so you'll probably find other items in the same size right here. I have a non-smoking household, but I do have two fabulous felines. I use only unscented detergents and do not use any closet scents.
