Gorgeous City Chic tropical maxi dress off the shoulder belted. EUC. It does have thin straps on top as well. It’s so flattering on a curvy body love this dress! It’s too small for me now but when I was able to fit into it it was my favorite! I have worn this dress a few times and it’s an excellent condition.
