City Lips Lip Plumper

City Lips lip plumper sealed. Clear color No stinging lip plumper I have been using for years just have too many. I wear it to bed on the lips and around mouth for fine lines and in the morning lips are moisturized and plumped. I actually do not have any fine lines around mouth it may be from doing that consistently. Then use it over a lip stain for all day. It doesn’t really have a taste if anything a tiny bit sweet so it’s perfect for use on dates too
