NWOT City Studio maxi with side slit , elastic off the shoulder neckline. Slit sleeves that tie. Elastic waist. Lined just to where slit begins on skirt area.This dress is awesome and such a beautiful all over floral design. A really pretty blue with pinky red , white and blue floral design.
