Has tags but also has ware and flaws. Has some dirt at the base of the skirt. Can use a cleaning. It’s not super noticeable because of the color of the dress but it’s there. One if the hanging straps needs to be stitched back. Needs two 1” stitches on each of the sides on the back (see photos). Size 1. Beautiful dress but has some flaws.
