City Trends Small (size 5) Sleeveless Navy & Tan Dress

Condition: Good with signs of wear. No tears or discoloration, just some slight pilling of the cotton in the skirt portion from normal wear (see photo with zoomed in detail). This was my FAVORITE dress. Features: Navy top with tan and navy striped bottom. Small string loops on the sides where you could add a high-waisted belt.
