City Triangle white and black maxi dress (vintage)

worn once for prom almost 15 years ago. white dress with black trim and beaded waist details. floor length, lined. waist measurement is 17.5 inches across flat 47 inches from bottom of empire waist band to the floor. some small signs of wear, see pictures.
