City Triangles Dress

This is a sweet evening, formal dress. It's NWOT, and has never been worn. It's size 22. The composition of the materials varies. See the photo of the materials label. The dress has very little stretch for having spandex. It's almost not stretchy. The dress is only partially lined at the bust, and is padded over the breasts. The midwaist tie creates a slimming look, and as a dress element has no stretch. The dress measurements are as follows: bust - 21"; waist - 20" untied" and hips 25".
